To which, Nadine, our Biz Dev Manager, gives her top 3 reasons why she likes to work at nDreams at the bottom of this blog!

Art roles… according to our Art Director Glenn
If you have the vision and compositional skills to inspire an environment team, to take them on a journey from concept art all the way to the subtle craftsmanship of lighting… then we need you!
If you have the technical aptitude of Geordie La-Forge (Editor: a Star Trek reference I had to look up!) but the creative spirit of Salvador Dali (Editor: but I have heard of him!), then you’re probably already a VFX artist. If not, you should be!
Do you live by the 12 principles of animation? Do you enjoy directing people in lycra around gridded floors marked out in tape? Can you spread joy to likeminded animators via many dots upon a time line? Perfect! We need to hear from you…
Can you use light, colour and form to pretty much bamboozle players into doing exactly what you want? Can you wield the arts to do your bidding? Great. Come join the party.
If you’re experienced in the dark arts of real-time VFX and have been sprinkled with gold dust (like all true game VFX artists seem to be) then please seek us out… break our door down… or simply apply via our website!
If you have experience turning dots and curves into life-like, emotive characters then get in touch! We need to hear from you.
Design jobs… according to Creative Director Steve
We’re looking for the Lady or Lord of Level Design, the champion of Unreal, the leader of creatives… is that you? If so then get in touch.
Are you a designer of destruction, a master of mechanics and an originator of gaming zhoosh? Drop us a message!
Feeling a little trapped in your own world? Need to find a way out? Well, role your sleeves up: It’s time to design innovative genre-defining experiences with us at nDreams!
Code jobs… according to our Tech Director Grant
If visual excellence and cutting-edge rendering prowess are what get you up in the morning, then we’d love to hear from you.
Can you push the latest mobile VR Hardware to heights never seen before? Attain sublime levels of optimal efficiency? Conquer limitations and find a way? Get in touch!
The Top 3 reasons to work at nDreams according to Nadine, our Biz Dev Manager…
- Open Culture: We have a truly collaborative work environment where my suggestions are listened to and I’m given the freedom and encouragement to explore my own ideas. It’s also incredibly down to earth, inclusive and non-hierarchal. For example: I sit opposite our CEO Patrick and tell him my bad jokes. He politely laughs which shows you how nice he is.
- Bacon Mondays and Beer Fridays: The first Monday morning of each month sees us scoffing bacon sandwiches (NB: veggie alternatives also available) and having a good chat. Why not? And the third Friday afternoon of each month sees us downing tools and having a beer (NB: other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available) and chatting some more. We like chatting (and eating and drinking.)
- Perfect location: nDreams is based in a modern open-plan office in a great location, with quick and easy access to London and Guildford. And… if you have your own private jet then you can fly yourself in to Farnborough Airport which is handy (if not a little show-offy).
So there you have it! All our job descriptions can be found on our vacancies page, or drop us an email at email@example.com. Alternatively keep an eye on our Twitter or Linkedin for new jobs popping up!In addition to the featured roles above, we’re always on the lookout for talented people to join, so please feel free to get in touch with a speculative application too!
