Business Marketing Manager

  

We are nDreams, one of the world’s largest developers/publishers solely focused on creating VR games and experiences. We’re looking for an experienced Business Marketing Manager to work as part of our fast-growing company we look to expand our B2B operation.

The successful candidate will help execute a strategy to target new markets for VR content, inform about nDreams service offerings and further the Company’s brand. You will devise a range of fully integrated marketing materials including case studies, digital content and website, as well as manage press releases, manage a CRM database, analyse market trends and drive a range of social media initiatives. You will help organize the events calendar and participation of various stakeholders as well as support the CEO to evangelise the company's name and proposition.

This is a highly visible, key role in a fast-paced and lively creative culture, ideally suited to a Business Marketing Manager keen to stamp their mark. Successful candidates will have a very strong command of the English language, proven B2B marketing background, ideally within the technology sector, and strong digital marketing (social/SEO) capabilities. Personally, you will have a positive 'can-do' attitude and the business maturity to influence and engage key stakeholders.

The role will be based at our Farnborough studio, just 30 minutes from London.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

 

Tactical and Strategic Marketing Development

  • • Support creation of annual marketing plan with tactical activities to develop brand equity and sales pipeline
  • • Work with Senior Management to develop strategic marketing plan in line with business objectives and drive long term brand equity and market share
  • • Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives to create measurable sales opportunities and bottom line success

 

CRM Management

  • • Manage marketing and lead/opportunity generation through company CRM system
  • • Manage workflow of pipeline growth
  • • Provide in-depth analysis on marketing ROI, lead generation, on-going pipeline and won/loss business

 

Public Relations

  • • Manage B2B PR calendar and identify upcoming PR opportunities
  • • Prepare press releases and distribute to relevant publications
  • • Monitor printed and online publications for published communications featuring group companies and competitive companies
  • • Manage process for Investor & Board meetings
  • • Identify and manage public/seminar/webinar speaking opportunities

 

Web Presence

  • • Define the marketing strategy for the development and marketing of the corporate website
  • • Focus on increasing visitors and conversion rates through a range of marketing activities
  • • Implement tactical SEO to improve web presence
  • • Manage continued development of the corporate website

 

Social Media

  • • Define a clear cross platform communication strategy relevant to nDreams’s solution offering including Linked-in, Twitter, Facebook, Brightalk and other platforms
  • • Create and deploy relevant and engaging communications to position nDreams as a thought leader in our industry

 

Collateral Development

  • • Ensure availability of sufficient sales collateral aligned with tactical and strategic communications
  • • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create relevant sales and marketing collateral

 

Event marketing

  • • Management of company’s presence at relevant exhibitions
  • • Identify and create business plan for new exhibition opportunities
  • • Deliver a sufficient ROI for events attended

 

Competitive and Market Analysis

  • • Research, analyse and report on existing market trends and new potential markets
  • • Maintain analysis on competitive landscape
  • • Identify opportunities to work with and promote the company through industry analysts

 

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • • Excellent copy writing skills and an eye for detail
  • • Excellent organization, planning & communication skills
  • • A minimum of four years of marketing experience in the IT solutions & services sector, preferably with experience of the videogame markets
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • • Ability to work within tight timescales
  • • Have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, members, and the general public, displaying excellent interpersonal skills
  • • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures

 

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • • Experience of delivering market and marketing/sales activity analysis to senior management
  • • CIM desirable
